Wrestling
Wrestling is the foundation of control in combat sports, and our classes focus on developing explosive takedowns, strong clinch work, and the ability to dictate where the fight goes. You’ll drill essential techniques like double-legs, single-legs, sprawls, and chain attacks, while also building the balance, strength, and conditioning wrestling is known for. These classes sharpen your stand-up grappling, strengthen your takedown defence, and give you the confidence to dominate from the first exchange.
